Great service department. Service writers are very nice and not pushy. Parts department is very helpful. Many skilled and fantastic mechanics. All thanks to a Great service manager. Fran is very accessible at any time. They go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied and you will be.
Great service department. I didn't buy it from this dealership and yet they have always given me exceptional service. The manager Fran L is wonderful and fair. All the technicians are excellent but the one I find to get it done fastest and correctly on the first time is phenomenal. His name is Jim very fair and always diagnoses the problem right away. It's a great team there the service writers are terrific as well they don't try to sell you unnecessary service. Highly recommend taking your car here for service. Also if you are looking for a new vehicle they have a great selection of both new and used. I know people who have bought from them and been extremely happy with the process and the pricing.
Met with Benny today and purchased a Chevy Colorado Midnight edition pick up truck. He was very helpful. He didn't try to pressure me into anything and gave me all the numbers and options I wanted upfront without any questions asked! It was because of this is why I went forward with the purchase. It is truly hard to find a normal person who isn't trying to force you into a purchase in the car sales business. If you are looking for a low pressure Salesperson then Benny is the guy. Frank the sales manager was also very helpful and easy to work with. There were no hidden fees and they did everything they could to do to get me in the exact pick up truck I wanted. This included pricing out 3 vehicles and test driving two. I would suggest giving them a shot. Ask for Benny!
Had my car towed in for warranty work. GM provided an extended warranty on the transmission due to a manufacturer's defect. I was told up front that it would be at least a week before they could even look at it, which turned out to be true. Everyone in the Service department was always polite and professional. Service Advisor Reid kept me informed during the approximately 2 weeks they had my car and thanked me for my patience several times. Nobody wants to have their car laid up for 2 weeks, but they accepted my car on an emergency basis and never lied to me about how long they would need to keep it. GM covered the entire cost of the repair under a special 10 year 120,000 mi. warranty. My car is a 2009 with 106,000 mi. Excellent customer service by the dealership and kudos to GM for standing behind their product.
The female who finalized my bill was amazing. She made sure I was out just in time to make it to my son's football game. She was not only compassionate but understanding. I wish I knew her name but she was absolutely amazing. Thank you again. If she was duplicated throughout the entire service department I believe it would be run much smoother. She is the only reason I am giving this review.
