Great staff, short wait time, great doctors.

Terrible place, very long wait times, dirty old building. I waited an hour and ten minutes to be seen. It was ridiculous, patients should be expected to wait that long to see a doctor. I will definitely not be returning.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO THERE.. BEEN A PATIENT FOR 11 YEARS AND TRUSTED SO HORRIBLE BY A NASTY OFFICE STAFF AND EVEN WORSE DOCTORS..

HALF THEIR STAFF LEFT SINCE THE BEST DOCTOR EVER RETIRED AND NOW I KNOW WHY.. JOKE OF A DOCTOR'S OFFICE. DIDN'T DO A THING LIKE DR. SAVINO DID, NO EXAM JUST ATTITUDE...

I generally don't write reviews at all but I do go to this office. I can't help but notice people wrote negative things about the place after Dr. Savino left. Yes, he was the coolest, most accurate in diagnosing people, and had wonderful bedside manners with a heart of gold, If I can marry him I would but he's already taken and he's retired, which was very upsetting because it happened so unexpectedly without warning. However, I am still going there and they have been very helpful. I have taken to another Doctor there but they all seem pretty nice and helpful. I witnessed a women in her late 20's to mid 30's who was having what appeared to be a withdrawal fit because she couldn't get her prescriptions refilled by the other doctors, she let the whole office including those of us in the waiting room hear about her two very strong controlled subtances she was taking as she was screaming to the clerk after having already stormed out almost breaking the glass vestibule doors and the worse part was her little child trailing behind her who was probably like 2 or 3 years old. I understand people have underlying pain issues but when someone can move with no problem at a fast, brisk pace and be able to make babies and go thru pregnancy and birth, then maybe it is time to wean off the meds, at least for the child's sake. Go Over the Counter or someone please call CPS to save these kids. Regular doctors meaning primary care providers don't have to and shouldn't have to prescribe long term, ongoing controlled meds, that's more of a specialists job, plus doctors get into trouble, one doctor I just heard of just got sentence to jail for 2 years for being overly nice with his meds so they have to be careful too, but addicts don't care about the doctor's license, which was earned and is their livelihood. I am not sticking up for these doctors just reviewing on what I saw there and how they are perceived on these reviews. As far as the other stuff. The wait time varies from 10 minutes to yeah maybe 45 if it's busy but that's not too often, its generally 10 minutes sometimes even less. Remember, you want the doctors to give you the time and consideration you expect, you have to allot that same amount of time for others, It's not all about YOU. The staff, well they are friendly to your face but this one particular staff member can work on some better phone etiquette. Other than that an 8 out of 10. I think they are really stressed out back there and I would never be a medical receptionist so I will just leave it at that. As far as it being dirty, there was only one thing in the waiting room that I even mentioned to them, which they may have taken care of but the bathroom is clean and everywhere else so I don't know what else they were referring too so a 9 out of 10 there. I'm not getting any kickback for this and quite frankly I should so really I shouldn't bother leaving a review but I know I saw a addict mother of a little child flip out and all of a sudden bad reviews when up. Plus, I didn't look for the review per say I was recommending the place and looked up the information about it. So I say go if you're looking for a doctor but then again don't, because I want an appointment when I need to go. LOL. But, word to the wise from someone who knows pain, you're kids come first not the addition, then again trying to reason with an addict is like talking to a wall. Good Luck and God Bless

I have been a patient here for many years and I have never waited less than 45 minutes WITH an appointment. at the highend it has been 2 hours, 1 in the waiting room and another in the private room, insane! The general disregard for the time of the patients is absurd and rude. Guida and Gigante are good doctors but seem a little overworked. There is a young man who answers the phones for appointments who is incredibly unproffessional. He talks super fast and monotone and it comes across very rude, he is consistently rushing you off the phone and often times getting the information wrong. the office is outdated and there is just a general sense of unhappiness in the work place. I will be looking for a new doctors office.
